La r\u00e9forme du Code du travail a instaur\u00e9 une nouvelle obligation d\u2019information \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019employeur. Une obligation qui s\u2019impose \u00e0 toutes les entreprises quel que soit leur effectif.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, chaque ann\u00e9e, l\u2019employeur doit informer ses salari\u00e9s de la disponibilit\u00e9, sur le site Internet du minist\u00e8re du Travail, des adresses des organisations syndicales de salari\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentatives dans la branche dont rel\u00e8ve son entreprise.<\/p>\n

L\u2019employeur choisit librement le moyen par lequel il communique cette information\u00a0: courriel, affichage dans l\u2019entreprise, message sur l\u2019Intranet de l\u2019entreprise, annexe au bulletin de paie\u2026<\/p>\n
