Les particuliers peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, au titre de certains investissements immobiliers locatifs, d\u2019un cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t, d\u2019une r\u00e9duction d\u2019imp\u00f4t, d\u2019une d\u00e9duction des revenus fonciers de l\u2019amortissement du logement acquis ou construit ou encore d\u2019une d\u00e9duction sp\u00e9cifique au titre des revenus fonciers. Toutefois, ces dispositifs d\u2019incitation fiscale ne peuvent s\u2019appliquer que sur une base plafonn\u00e9e et sont, en outre, soumis \u00e0 des plafonds de loyers et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, \u00e0 des conditions tenant aux ressources du locataire qui diff\u00e8rent selon le dispositif concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 ce titre, r\u00e9vis\u00e9s chaque d\u00e9but ann\u00e9e, les plafonds pour les dispositifs Duflot, Pinel et Denormandie (applicables aux baux conclus ou renouvel\u00e9s en 2025) viennent d\u2019\u00eatre publi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
