C\u2019est fait\u00a0! Le Parlement a approuv\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement le prolongement du plafonnement de la hausse des loyers d\u2019habitation jusqu\u2019au 1er<\/sup>\u00a0trimestre\u00a02024. Rappelons qu\u2019en temps normal, les bailleurs peuvent r\u00e9viser annuellement le montant du loyer de leurs locataires. Une r\u00e9vision qui s\u2019effectue au moyen de l\u2019indice de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des loyers\u00a0(IRL). Un indice qui est d\u00e9fini chaque trimestre par l\u2019Insee \u00e0 partir de la moyenne de l\u2019\u00e9volution des prix \u00e0 la consommation hors tabac et hors loyers, sur les 12\u00a0derniers mois. En raison de l\u2019inflation, les \u00e9volutions prochaines de l\u2019IRL pourraient \u00eatre brutales et mettre certains locataires en difficult\u00e9. Afin de limiter cet impact, l\u2019IRL est ainsi plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 un taux fix\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0:
– 3,5\u00a0% en m\u00e9tropole\u00a0;
– 2\u00a0\u00e0 3,5\u00a0% en Corse\u00a0;
– 2,5\u00a0% en Outre-mer.<\/p>\n
