Une petite bouff\u00e9e d\u2019air pour certains acqu\u00e9reurs qui vont pouvoir concr\u00e9tiser leurs projets immobiliers. \u00c0 condition toutefois que les \u00e9tablissements bancaires se d\u00e9cident \u00e0 r\u00e9ouvrir les vannes du cr\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Globalement, pour le mois de mai\u00a02023, les taux moyens atteignent 3,10\u00a0% sur 15\u00a0ans, 3,30\u00a0% sur 20\u00a0ans et 3,55\u00a0% sur 25\u00a0ans. Mais un nombre croissant de banques affichent d\u00e9sormais des taux proches de 3,80\u00a0% sur toutes les dur\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
