Les entreprises qui comptent au moins\u00a020\u00a0salari\u00e9s doivent employer des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s dans une proportion d\u2019au moins\u00a06\u00a0% de leur effectif total. Celles qui ne respectent pas cette obligation d\u2019emploi des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s\u00a0(OETH) doivent verser une contribution financi\u00e8re annuelle.<\/p>\n
Tous les ans, ces entreprises doivent effectuer une d\u00e9claration annuelle portant sur l\u2019application de l\u2019OETH l\u2019ann\u00e9e civile pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, payer la contribution financi\u00e8re correspondante.<\/p>\n
Cette ann\u00e9e, la d\u00e9claration relative \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u00a02021 ainsi que le paiement correspondant doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9claration sociale nominative\u00a0(DSN) d\u2019avril\u00a02022 transmise, selon l\u2019effectif de l\u2019entreprise, le\u00a05\u00a0ou le 16\u00a0mai\u00a02022.<\/p>\n

– le nombre de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires qu\u2019elle emploie effectivement\u00a0;
– le nombre de salari\u00e9s relevant d\u2019un emploi exigeant des conditions d\u2019aptitudes particuli\u00e8res (emplois que l\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas tenue de proposer \u00e0 des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s comme les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les vendeurs polyvalents des grands magasins, les conducteurs routiers ou encore certaines professions du BTP).<\/p>\n
