Par un d\u00e9cret du 3\u00a0septembre\u00a02021, les villes de Bordeaux, de Lyon et de Montpellier, qui s\u2019\u00e9taient port\u00e9es candidates au dispositif d\u2019encadrement des loyers, viennent d\u2019\u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es par le minist\u00e8re du Logement. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, seules les villes de Paris et Lille (incluant Hellemmes et Lomme) avaient mis en place un encadrement des loyers.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, dans ces trois agglom\u00e9rations, les loyers fix\u00e9s par les bailleurs devront \u00eatre compris dans une fourchette (entre -30\u00a0% et +20\u00a0% d\u2019un loyer de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence) d\u00e9finie chaque ann\u00e9e par arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectoral. Fourchette tenant compte notamment du type de logement, du nombre de pi\u00e8ces et du quartier.<\/p>\n

\n \u00c0 noter\u00a0:<\/span> l\u2019encadrement des loyers est un dispositif exp\u00e9rimental qui devrait prendre fin en novembre\u00a02023.<\/p>\n

La m\u00e9tropole de Lyon esp\u00e8re une mise en place du dispositif avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Cette mise en place \u00e9tant conditionn\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise d\u2019un arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectoral fixant les loyers m\u00e9dians.<\/p>\n
