L\u2019indice national des fermages, qui permet d\u2019actualiser chaque ann\u00e9e le montant du loyer des terres agricoles et des b\u00e2timents d\u2019exploitation, est en hausse de 1,09\u00a0% en\u00a02021 par rapport \u00e0\u00a02020 (106,48 contre\u00a0105,33). Les sommes \u00e0 verser aux propri\u00e9taires au titre des fermages vont donc encore augmenter cette ann\u00e9e. En effet, cette hausse est la troisi\u00e8me cons\u00e9cutive puisqu\u2019elle fait suite \u00e0 celle de l\u2019an dernier (+0,55\u00a0%) et \u00e0 celle de\u00a02019 (+1,66\u00a0%), cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant intervenue apr\u00e8s trois ann\u00e9es de baisse.<\/p>\n

Le montant du fermage pour la p\u00e9riode allant du 1er<\/sup>\u00a0octobre\u00a02021 au 30\u00a0septembre\u00a02022 sera donc \u00e9gal \u00e0\u00a0: loyer par hectare\u00a02020\u00a0x\u00a0106,48\/105,33.<\/p>\n

\n Rappel :<\/span> l\u2019indice national des fermages est calcul\u00e9 en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9volution du revenu brut d\u2019entreprise agricole national \u00e0 l\u2019hectare sur 5\u00a0ans \u00e0 hauteur de 60\u00a0% et de l\u2019\u00e9volution, \u00e0 hauteur de 40\u00a0%, du niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des prix de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n
